Since its launch in 2006, the Guitar Hero series has enjoyed ever-increasing success. With the fifth installment, announced for September 11th, a whole host of new features are coming your way. Get ready, its going to be epic!

First, some impressive numbers. Guitar Hero 5 features 85 songs, 76 of which are appearing in the series for the very first time. It also includes 30 new artists: Tom Petty, Billy Idol, Duran Duran, Elton John, Muse, Public Enemy, Kings of Leon, The White Stripes, Santana, Johnny Cash, the Rolling Stones, and Bob Dylan are all included!
